December 2007 Fan of the Month: Selma Hoffner

I am very proud to nominate my Mother-In-Law, Selma, as the Fan of the Month.

Though not an “official” Jersey Girl, she is no stranger to the Boardwalk…the Atlantic City Boardwalk that is…and when she’s not outsmarting the Penny Machines at Resorts or the Taj, her new favorite pastime is “that band with those horns!”

This Summer, Selma took time out of her busy octogenarian schedule of Broadway shows, all manner of games of chance, and, of course, Stars on Ice to check out the Jukes for the first time at the Raritan Seafood Festival. As you can see from the accompanying photo, it took no time before she was a fan! Continuing her tour, she joined us at BB King’s soon after and is marking her calendar for the next season. (Next time we hope to get a pic with Mark Pender!)
