Mommy-o's and Daddy-o's, cats and kittys, guys and dolls, boys and girls of ALL AGES!!!!! It's time for another installment of....SOUTHSIDE'S DRIVEL! (Oh no, not that!) Yes, my little friends, the old man is writing and martini-ing at the same time: a lethal combination, BUT I DO IT FOR YOU. YES, YOU, you ungrateful bastards. Just kidding folks; you know I love you all individually and collectively...yes, yes; truly, truly. First off, the new album isn't finished yet. That bum Garry Tallent took a job at Madison Sq. Garden (which it ain't 'cause I never seen one lousy flower in the joint yet), and I can't do it without him or his feelings will get hurt...you know these sensitive musicians. The plan is to finish up in July and mix in August. I'll keep you posted. I must say I am flattered and amazed at all the e-mails I have gotten. As soon as BILL DURBOROW (that rat; he got me into this) figures out how I can answer without giving up my precious privacy (oy), I shall do so. Really. No, really. On another front, many of youse have axed me how to get certain Juke cd's, like "At least we got shoes" and "Trash It up". The answer is.... I DON'T KNOW!. I would think that, with the internet and all, you would be able to help one another solve these problems. WHAT DO I LOOK LIKE, THE #@%$# ing ENCYCLOPEDIA BRITANNICA! Later for you people.
